Wednesday, 3 June 2020 11:00am - 12:00pm (ACST) Join three of UniSA's research experts, Associate Professor Carol Maher, Professor George Siemens and Dr Lesley-Anne Ey, for our 'Parenting in a pandemic: how children's lives will change post COVID-19' Research Webinar. The panel will provide insights into how our children's lives will change in the way they learn and stay healthy as we navigate through COVID-19, and how we will continue to parent in a pandemic and beyond. Food Democracy: From Passive Consumers to Active Food Citizens Thursday, 10 September 2020 6.00pm to 7.15pm (ACST) As food consumers living in a democracy, we have a right to say how our food system could be improved, and to take steps – however small – to improve the system. This event will explore how democracy can be used to empower citizens to have choices and to find greater satisfaction in the food we eat.
