臺灣積體電路設計學會《新思科技–劉炯朗優秀博士生奬學金》獎勵辦法

 

一、目的

為加強產學合作,促成博士級人才多元發展及博士生訓用合一需求,共同延攬並培育優秀人才,使其能專心致力於相關學術研究與技術創新,以強化前瞻研發能量及技術產業化價值,達成產學雙方人才互惠及共同培育之責,台灣新思科技與臺灣積體電路設計學會合作提供《新思科技–劉炯朗優秀博士生奬學金》(以下簡稱「本奬學金」),特設置本獎勵辦法。

 

二、申請資格

1.     限各大學相關科系博士班一、二年級在學學生,或者碩士班在學學生確認會繼續攻讀博士班並且由教授推薦,無全職工作且未獲其他相關企業獎學金贊助者。

2.     所從事之研究主題與積體電路設計與測試自動化相關,或其他由奬學金審查小組認定之相關領域。

3.     為鼓勵女性研究生申請,將從優審查。

 

三、獎勵內容

1.     獎勵金額:由新思科技提供產業贊助博士級人才培育獎學金,獲獎者於獎勵期間每人每學期新台幣21萬元整。

2.     獎勵期間:

(1)完成授奬程序後,追溯自獲獎學期開始月份(第一學期自8月至隔年度1月、第二學期自2月至當年度7月),為期1 年(共計12個月)。

(2)表現優良者可續領獎勵,獎勵期限至多為期4 年。

3.     獎勵名額:依每年申請人數及贊助情形調整。

4.     獎助原則:

(1)須每個學期提出註冊證明,或提出博士班入學許可,始得領取奬金。

(2)每學期需繳交成績單且學期平均成績達80分以上,或其他經指導教授認可之學業成果證明,供審查委員評估續領資格。

(3)須參加由奬學金審查小組召集之獲奬生頒奬典禮、座談會,或其他由台灣新思科技提供之交流活動、研習會或工作坊等。

(4)台灣新思科技奬學金審查小組將視情況邀請獲奬生於受奬期間申請由新思科技每年所提供之六至八週的帶薪實習(新思科技保留開放實習機會之權力),獲奬生可自行決定是否參與。如獲奬生之實習申請獲台灣新思科技奬學金審查小組審查通過,獲奬生將與台灣新思科技另行簽訂實習合約。

 

四、申請方式

1.     申請期間:即日起至6月30日止,逾期恕不受理。

2.     應備文件(請由上而下依序提供):

□ 申請書

□ 未在公私立機構從事專職或與學業無關之支薪兼職工作切結書 (於申請書第二頁,請簽章)

□ 個人資料保護法權利告知事項同意聲明(於申請書第二頁,請簽章)

□ 指導教授同意推薦函

□ 歷年成績單(含博士、碩士、學士)及名次證明影本

□ 個人履歷

□ 博士研究計畫摘要

□ 其他各類優秀表現證明文件(論文發表碩士論文、專題報告、競賽獲獎紀錄或其他優秀表現等)

上述資料請依指定格式填寫,並以電子檔型式寄至:ticd.org.office@gmail.com。凡所繳交之文件、證件有偽造、變造或其他不實情事者,一律註銷申請資格。

 

五、審查方式

1.     初審:臺灣積體電路設計學會就所繳交之申請文件進行書面審查。

2.     複審:初審合格者,依排序推薦給新思科技奬學金審查小組完成複審。

3.     媒合錄取:由臺灣積體電路設計學會彙整新思科技複審結果,進行媒合錄取作業。

 

六、錄取公告及簽署同意書

1.     錄取公告:媒合錄取作業完成後,由臺灣積體電路設計學會將錄取名單公告於網頁,並通知獲獎者及其指導教授。

2.     簽署同意書:獲獎者須於錄取公告兩週內簽署受奬同意書,同意書影本送臺灣積體電路設計學會備查,方取得獎學金領取資格,未如期完成簽署者,視同放棄獲獎資格。

3.     領獎中止:

(1)於領獎期間辦理休學或退學者,立即中止領獎資格,自次學期起停發獎學金。

(2)於領獎期間畢業離校者,自完成離校手續、領取畢業證書之日起,中止領獎資格,自次學期起停發獎學金。

(3)受獎生於獎助期間內,如有違反校規或受處分者,或其他違反台灣法律之情事,自處分確定後即停止核發獎助學金並註銷其受獎資格。
